What we collect

Your name, date of birth, phone number or email, and the center you join.

For members under 18, a parent's phone number if you give one.

The 10 actions you choose each quarter and every proof you send.

Proof can include check-in times, timer sessions, in-app photos, short videos with your voice, and your location at the moment you check in.

The network address your phone uses, so we can tell if you are on your center's Wi-Fi.

Basic device and error information that keeps the app working.

Why we collect it

To run the program: show your progress, confirm your proof, and decide who finished.

To stop cheating. Every proof is checked by software and, when needed, by a person.

To send reminders you can turn off at any time.

Members under 18

Nobody under 14 can join.

Photos and videos from members under 18 are kept in a separate private store.

They are deleted automatically 90 days after the proof is reviewed. The record that the proof was accepted or rejected stays.

A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a minor's photos and videos sooner, or to close the account.

Who can see it

You, and your linked parent, see your own progress.

Your center's committee sees progress and proof for members of their center.

Reviewers who check proof come from outside your center.

We use service providers to run the app: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (WhatsApp and text messages), Resend (email), and later AI services that check videos, and Stripe for payments. They process data only for us.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Minors' photos and videos: 90 days after review, as above.

Other proof and progress: for the program year and up to three years after, for prize and tax records.

The audit log that records decisions cannot be edited. It holds actions and ids, not photos or videos.

Your choices

Turn off email reminders with the link in any reminder.

Ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to us.

Deleting your account ends your place in the program for that year.
