Draw and prize rules
Last updated September 28, 2026
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A deposit or payment does not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited.
Sponsor
Each program's sponsor is the center that runs it, named on its page, with HL Gada LLC as administrator.
The program for individuals on jainthinktank.com is sponsored by HL Gada LLC.
Who can enter
Registered members of the center.
Committee members, reviewers, employees of the sponsor and administrator, and their households cannot win.
Members under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission. A minor's prize is awarded to the parent or guardian on the minor's behalf.
Two ways to enter the JJC gold draw
1. Complete all 10 chosen actions in each of the four quarters of the program year, with accepted proof. This earns one entry.
2. Free entry by mail. Hand-write your name, address, phone number, date of birth and center on a card, and mail it in an envelope to: [sponsor mailing address, to be added]. Mail must be postmarked by [deadline, to be added] and received within 10 days after.
Limit one entry per person per program year, however you enter. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as any other entry.
Mechanically reproduced, late, illegible or incomplete mail-in entries are void. We are not responsible for lost mail.
The draw
Winners are picked at random from all eligible entries on [draw date, to be added], by a person who is not a member of any center committee.
The chance of winning depends on how many eligible entries are received.
Winners are told by phone or email within 7 days and must reply within 14 days, or an alternate is drawn.
Prizes
JJC prizes and their approximate retail values are listed on the program page before the year starts.
The Anumodna competition is separate. Its prizes go to members with the most Anumodna points, earned by verified extra effort, not by chance. Points cannot be bought.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except that the sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winners are responsible for taxes. Prizes of $600 or more require tax forms, including a Form 1099 where required.
General
Anyone found cheating is disqualified and loses any prize.
By accepting a prize, winners agree the sponsor may share their first name, city and center, unless they are under 18.
These rules are governed by the laws of [state, to be added]. The list of winners is available on request from jainthinktank@gmail.com.
