Who can join

Open to all ages.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must know you are joining.

One account per person. Accounts cannot be shared or transferred.

Honest proof

Every proof must be your own, taken at the time, in the app.

Do not reuse photos, record someone else, fake a location, or ask someone to check in for you.

Software can accept proof or send it to a person. Only a person can reject it.

Every rejection comes with a reason. You can appeal each rejection once.

We can remove anyone who cheats or who treats others badly. A removed member loses any deposit and prize entry for that year.

The deposit

The program asks for a $200 yearly deposit when you register.

When you complete all 10 actions in all four quarters, $1,000 is returned to you, or to your parent if you are under 18.

What happens to a deposit when a member does not finish is set out in the center's program rules before any deposit is taken.

A deposit never buys a prize entry and never improves the chance of winning. See the draw rules.

Your content

You keep the rights to your photos, videos and notes.

You let us store and show them to reviewers and your center's committee to run the program.

We never use them in advertising without asking you, and your parent if you are under 18.

The service

We work to keep the app available, but it may sometimes be down.

If a problem on our side stops you from logging proof, tell us and a person will review it.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Members get notice in the app before a change applies.
